Killer Soles is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Killer Soles is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
